PrimeBox is a fast-growing self-storage and logistics company in Dubai. We offer self-storage units, moving & packing and business fulfilment services. As we scale, we're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can convert inbound leads, build partnerships and proactively open new client channels.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full sales funnel: follow up with inbound leads and convert them into paying clients
- Proactively identify and approach new B2B and B2C clients
- Analyse conversion rates, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements
- Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Develop and manage referral partnerships
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in sales, with experience handling inbound leads
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical mindset: you look at conversion data and act on it
- Strong communicator in English
