PrimeBox is a fast-growing storage and logistics company based in Dubai. We offer self-storage, moving & packing and business fulfilment services — and we're expanding. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to bring in new clients and open up new markets across the UAE.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively hunting and acquiring new clients across B2C and B2B segments (individuals, SMEs, e-commerce, retail, logistics)
- Identifying and developing new verticals and partnership channels
- Leading negotiations and closing deals end-to-end
- Working warm inbound leads as an additional sales stream
- Coordinating the client manager: task assignment and account oversight
- Managing the pipeline and reporting in CRM
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in business development or active B2B/B2C sales
- Proven track record of independently sourcing clients — not just handling inbound
- Strong negotiator with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
- Own car and UAE driving licence (preferred)
