Job Title: Project Manager – Construction (Fit-Out & Retail)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of fit-out, F&B, retail, and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely completion while coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee fit-out and construction projects from concept to handover.
- Manage the construction of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and commercial spaces while ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contractor submissions.
- Manage project procurement activities and monitor material delivery schedules.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience managing fit-out projects for restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, hospitality, or commercial developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, fit-out works, project planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Experience coordinating MEP, interior fit-out, and finishing works.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
