North Texas Custom Roofing and Construction Management (NTCR&CM) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities
* Manage and organise company calendars, schedule client appointments for free inspections and estimates, and coordinate meetings for the management team.
* Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, handling enquiries via email and phone with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain and update client databases, project files, and other company documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Provide administrative support for ongoing roofing projects, including basic project tracking and communication with the team.
* Handle general administrative duties as required to support the efficient operation of the business.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote setting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
* Experience with CRM software or project management tools is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
* Previous experience in the construction or home services industry would be a significant advantage.
