Responsibilities
As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties focused on delivering first-class service. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing accurate information regarding BIOTRONIK products, services, and order statuses.
- Efficiently processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintaining comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
