Responsibilities
As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to our team's success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior consultants, ensuring schedules are optimised and free of conflicts.
- Preparing and proofreading professional documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Organising and maintaining digital files, databases, and other records to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Handling internal and external communications, acting as a professional first point of contact for enquiries.
- Coordinating virtual meetings and events, including managing invitations and technological requirements.
- Assisting with the preparation of expense reports and invoice processing.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team to facilitate smooth and efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or executive assistant role.
- Exceptional organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of professional English.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
