This is a Full-Time position essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for our clients and will provide vital support to our painting crews.

As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

The offered compensation for this role is between $45 - $55 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

- Answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and managing client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling client appointments, consultations, and job start dates for our painting teams.
- Preparing, sending, and tracking client quotes, invoices, and work orders.
- Maintaining organised and accurate digital and physical records for all projects and clients.
- Assisting with the ordering of office supplies and necessary project materials.
- Providing general administrative support to the management team and painting staff as required.
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks to support the accounts department.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- The ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience within the construction or trade services industry is desirable but not essential.
