Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Meet established customer satisfaction and response time goals.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts. Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required based on business needs.
