Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
* Manage calendars, schedule client consultations and project kick-off meetings for the management team.
* Prepare, manage, and file important documents, including client contracts, proposals, and invoices.
* Coordinate project logistics between clients and our painting crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain and update client databases and project records with a high degree of accuracy.
* Order and manage inventory of office supplies and support material procurement for projects.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team to enhance operational efficiency.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and the tracking of expenses.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A meticulous level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A positive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
* Previous experience within the construction or trade services industry is desirable but not essential.
