We are dedicated to exceeding client expectations through exceptional service and superior craftsmanship. This full-time, remote position is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the initial enquiry to project completion. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction, playing a vital role in our daily operations and continued success.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be central to our client relations and operational coordination. Your primary duties will include:
• Responding promptly and professionally to all incoming client enquiries via telephone, email, and our company website.
• Providing detailed information about our interior and exterior painting services for both commercial and residential properties.
• Scheduling initial consultations, project estimates, and work dates with clients, efficiently managing the company calendar.
• Liaising with our painting crews to coordinate schedules and ensure they have all necessary project information.
• Proactively communicating with clients throughout their project lifecycle to provide updates and answer questions.
• Addressing and resolving any client concerns or issues with patience and a commitment to finding a satisfactory solution.
• Maintaining accurate and organised client records and project details within our internal systems.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
• Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or administrative role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A high level of proficiency in standard office software and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
• The discipline and focus to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace are essential for this role.
• Experience in the home services, trades, or construction industry would be considered an advantage but is not essential.
