Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our company's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

- Process customer orders, applications, and other requests efficiently and accurately.

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our CRM system.

- Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to optimise the overall customer journey.

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant internal teams for prompt resolution.

- Gather and document customer feedback to help inform improvements to our products and services.



Qualifications and Skills



- Proven experience in a customer service or a similar client-facing role.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a consistently professional and empathetic tone.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain motivation in a remote environment.

- Proficiency in using computers, with experience in CRM software and standard office applications being highly advantageous.

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

- A dedicated, quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.

- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
