Lawrence Hall is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $40 USD per hour. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our executive office, enabling our leaders to focus on our core mission.

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to senior executives.
• Manage complex and dynamic diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other important documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a primary point of contact between executives and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Process expenses, manage invoices, and assist with budget tracking.
• Organise and coordinate team events, meetings, and conferences from conception to completion.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to detail.
• A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• The ability to multitask and prioritise a demanding daily workload in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong capacity for independent decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• A commitment to discretion and confidentiality is essential for this role.
• Experience within the non-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
