Remote Customer Service Representative
Job Overview
Colaval, a leading manufacturer specialising in high-quality control valves and water treatment solutions, is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our global team. This is a Full-Time, fully Remote position. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse industrial, commercial, and residential customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience. You will play a vital part in upholding our commitment to technical excellence and customer satisfaction. The offered salary for this position is $45- $55 USD per hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
* Provide accurate and professional information regarding our extensive product range, including ball valves, gate valves, and electric control systems.
* Assist customers with order placement, processing quotes, managing returns, and tracking shipments.
* Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with our sales and technical support teams to ensure customer needs are fully met.
* Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for de-escalating difficult situations.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* A high degree of self-motivation and the discipline to work effectively in a remote environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience within an industrial or technical manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
* A basic understanding of technical products such as valves or water treatment solutions would be a significant advantage.
