We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Remote Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
* Engage with users in a timely, professional, and courteous manner via our live chat platform.
* Provide accurate information and assistance regarding Phi International's projects, initiatives, and services.
* Troubleshoot and resolve user queries effectively, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to user satisfaction.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the user interaction until resolution.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all user communications and interactions within our system.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes by providing feedback and insights.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer support, live chat, or client service role.
* Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of the English language and meticulous attention to detail.
