Responsibilities
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Providing timely and accurate information to clients regarding their accounts, our services, and general queries.
- Resolving client issues promptly and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintaining and updating client records with precision in our company's CRM system.
- Assisting financial advisors with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
- Supporting the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new clients.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality client service delivery.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for client service and a keen eye for detail. The ideal qualifications include:
- Proven experience in a client support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the financial services or consulting industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanour.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
