Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, handling enquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our services, scheduling, and account management.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate collection services, ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with our logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Process new client accounts and update existing client information as required.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve internal processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- A dedicated, quiet home workspace free from distractions is essential for this role.
- Experience in the waste management or logistics industry is advantageous but not essential.
