We are currently seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
* Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data within our company databases and systems.
* Perform regular data verification and cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and other digital communication channels.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases where necessary.
* Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding our services.
* Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as required.
* Uphold data confidentiality and security standards at all times.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or customer service role.
* Exceptional typing speed and a high level of accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
* The self-discipline and motivation to work effectively in a remote environment.
