Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security officers during assigned shifts.
- Monitor access control and CCTV operations.
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections.
- Manage incident reporting and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Coordinate emergency response activities.
- Train and mentor security staff.
- Prepare operational reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the security industry.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Able to attend client interviews before deployment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred
- Security-related certifications.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Valid Qatar Driving Licence.
