Job Overview
An established facilities management company is looking for a Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor to oversee landscape maintenance operations across commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise landscaping technicians and gardeners.
- Plan daily maintenance activities.
- Inspect irrigation systems, lawns, trees and planting areas.
- Monitor pest, weed and plant health issues.
- Ensure proper use of landscaping equipment.
- Maintain quality standards across all landscaped areas.
- Coordinate material and equipment requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' landscaping maintenance experience.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Good understanding of irrigation systems.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple teams.
Preferred
- Horticulture or Landscaping qualification.
- Qatar Driving Licence.
- Relevant safety certification.
