Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels.
* Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our products and services.
* Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and manage returns in a timely and efficient manner.
* Professionally resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer loyalty.
* Maintain and update customer records with precision in our company database.
* Liaise effectively with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Actively gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and products.
* Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer-facing service role is essential.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrable talent for conflict resolution.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
