Warehouse Officer
Eshratex Cotton Spinning is Actively Searching for A Warehouse Officer with +5 Years Experience Handling the Full Cycle of Overseeing Warehouse Inbound & Outbound procedures.
Core Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Control & System Management
• ERP/WMS System Administration: Accurately record all inbound (Goods Receipt Notes) and outbound (Goods Issue Notes) movements in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP).
• Stock Audits & Reconciliation: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits
2. Inbound & Outbound Operations Oversight
• Receiving & Quality Checks: Inspect incoming delivery trucks, verify physical counts against purchase orders (POs) and bills of lading, and reject damaged goods.
• Dispatch Management: Coordinate with logistics providers, commercial department to prepare, pack, and clear outgoing shipments on time.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulously organized physical and digital records of waybills, delivery notes, shipping manifests, and customs documents.
3. Floor Operations & Storage Optimization
• Space Allocation: Optimize bin and rack storage layouts to maximize warehouse space utilization and ensure fast picking routes.
• Coordinate with factory production teams to ensure timely release and delivery of raw materials to the manufacturing floor.
Work Location: Borg El Arab- Alexandria Egypt ( Transportation Provided)
Working Days & Hours: Saturday - Thursday , From 8am to 4 pm
