Job Summary
The Facility Management Manager – Architecture will oversee architectural, civil, and building fabric maintenance activities, ensuring facilities are maintained to required operational, safety, quality, and contractual standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural, building fabric, and associated civil maintenance activities.
- Lead FM teams and coordinate contractors and specialist service providers.
- Monitor planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Conduct inspections and identify defects, risks, and improvement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar codes, specifications, HSE, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor SLA/KPI performance and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years' relevant experience.
- UPDA/MMUP Grade A or B – mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and civil works.
- Knowledge of applicable Qatar standards and building codes.
- Fluent in Arabic and English – mandatory.
- School/kindergarten FM experience within the GCC is highly preferred.
- CFM, FMP or SFP certification is preferred.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
