Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various company databases and digital systems.
- Performing regular data verification and clean-up to ensure the highest levels of data integrity and accuracy.
- Assisting with a range of administrative tasks, including digital file management, document organisation, and data retrieval.
- Preparing and formatting reports, documents, and correspondence as required by the team.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Providing general administrative support to help streamline company processes and projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a data entry, administrative assistant, or a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, or equivalent software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
