We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment, contributing to the smooth and professional operation of our business.
Responsibilities
* Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for the team.
* Handling email correspondence, filtering and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Providing administrative support, such as data entry, preparing documents, and creating reports.
* Assisting with client relationship management by maintaining contact lists and updating client records accurately.
* Conducting online research to support various business projects and initiatives.
* Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the operational efficiency of the company.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of UK-English.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common office software.
* Experience with calendar management tools and online communication platforms.
* A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative member of a remote team.
* A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
