Roslin Technologies is seeking a careful, organized, and detail-oriented Proofreader to help review written materials and ensure they meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with written content and has a strong eye for detail. You may review internal documents, business communications, reports, presentations, website content, and other materials before they are shared internally or externally.

Previous professional proofreading experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates with backgrounds in writing, editing, administration, education, communications, data entry, customer service, or other detail-focused roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and typographical errors.
  • Check written content for clarity, consistency, and readability.
  • Identify formatting and presentation inconsistencies.
  • Review documents against established company guidelines and formatting standards.
  • Make appropriate corrections while preserving the original meaning and tone.
  • Check names, dates, figures, terminology, and other details for consistency.
  • Review emails, reports, presentations, business documents, and other written materials as assigned.
  • Work with colleagues to clarify unclear information when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling internal or sensitive company information.
  • Complete assigned proofreading tasks accurately and within agreed deadlines.

Experience

Professional proofreading or editing experience is preferred but not required.

What Success Looks Like
