Position Overview:

To excel in this role, we are looking for a customer service representative with a proven track record. Your knowledge and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and accurate data entry will enable you to effectively handle customer inquiries and process orders with precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email and provide prompt problem resolution in accordance with our service standards.
  • Provide customers and end users with product and technical support.
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of our services.
  • Analyse customer needs and communicate them internally when required.
  • Keep the outside sales force informed of activity and trends in their territory.
  • Qualify customers and work with multiple pricing schedules.
  • Connect with customers to ensure they understand how to use our website accurately.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner..
  • Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Above-average digital literacy, including proficiency in word processing, Excel, and accurate data entry.
  • Consistent dedication and reliability.
  • Self-Motivated and able to work independently in a team environment.
