The platform will use AI to break ideas into tasks, match freelancers with suitable opportunities, and provide a structured system for project funding, task completion, payments, and collaboration.The platform will also explore an open-source contribution model, where developers can contribute features and potentially earn from the value their contributions create.
Role
We are looking for a Software Developer Intern who is interested in building a real-world product from the ground up. You will work closely with the founding/technical team and contribute to the development of the platform's core features.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend features.
- Build REST APIs and integrate frontend with backend services.
- Work with databases and implement application data models.
- Develop features for user accounts, projects, tasks, applications, and workflows.
- Integrate AI-powered functionality into the platform.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and basic security practices.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs when required.
- Debug, test, and improve existing features.
- Participate in code reviews and Git-based development.
- Help design and implement new product features.
Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals and OOP.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with React or another modern frontend framework.
- Familiarity with backend development and REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/databases.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and debugging.
- Interest in AI/LLM-based applications is a plus.
