We are currently seeking experienced Learning & Development and Training professionals for multiple opportunities supporting a major organisation in Qatar.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
Training Analysis / Learning Needs Analysis
Soft Skills & Professional Development Training
Technical / Electrical Training
Candidates should ideally have 6+ years of relevant training/L&D experience, with experience in training needs analysis, programme design, delivery, evaluation and reporting.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with:
Previous KAHRAMAA experience
Qatar / GCC experience
Arabic & English language capability
Government, utilities or large regulated organisation experience
ERP / HRIS / LMS exposure
ISO, Risk Management or compliance knowledge
For Electrical Training, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering and experience delivering technical training are particularly encouraged to apply.
