Job Description:
Mid-Cities OMS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Call Centre Representatives to join our team. This is a remote full-time position in the health care industry. As a Senior Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and referring offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Schedule appointments for patients and follow up on appointment confirmations
Provide accurate information and assistance to patients regarding their treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial options
Maintain patient records and update information as needed
Collaborate with referring offices to ensure a smooth referral process
Handle patient complaints and resolve issues effectively
Train and mentor new call centre representatives
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
Prior experience in the health care industry is a plus
