Crowe LLP is seeking a professional and experienced Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to our customers through live chat, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat.Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department.Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while maintaining service quality.Record customer interactions and update relevant customer information.Follow company communication, privacy, and customer-service guidelines.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services when appropriate.Maintain a positive, patient, and professional tone in all interactions.Meet established customer service, response-time, and performance targets.</ul>
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, chat support, call center, or a similar role is an advantage.Excellent written English and strong communication skills.Fast and accurate typing skills.Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Comfortable using computers, chat platforms, CRM systems, and other online tools.Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer for remote work, if applicable.</ul>
Preferred Skills:
Customer service experience.Familiarity with CRM and help-desk software.Sales or upselling experience.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays where required.</ul>
