TauRx is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant in Toronto, Canada. This is a remote position with the potential to become full-time.
Job Summary:
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team at TauRx. This includes managing schedules, arranging appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. You will also assist with project management, conduct research, and act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage schedules, arrange appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with project management, including tracking progress and deadlines.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks, such as managing calendars and making appointments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
