Summary:
LRE Foundation Repair is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in New York, New York. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring efficient and effective operations for our company.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in our company's database with accuracy and attention to detail
Verify and correct data discrepancies and report any errors to management
Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports for various departments
Organize and file physical and electronic documents in a timely manner
Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
Follow data entry procedures and policies to maintain data integrity and security
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certification in data entry is a plus
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large amounts of data
Familiarity with data confidentiality and security policies
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required
