Greenhouse Supervisor – Agriculture

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Greenhouse Supervisor to oversee daily greenhouse operations, crop production, and farm activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in greenhouse farming and strong knowledge of crop management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily greenhouse operations and farming activities.

  • Monitor crop growth, irrigation, fertilization, and plant health.

  • Manage planting, harvesting, pruning, and other crop activities.

  • Monitor greenhouse temperature, humidity, ventilation, and environmental conditions.

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of irrigation and greenhouse systems.

  • Supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks.

  • Identify and report pests, diseases, and crop-related issues.

  • Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

  • Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and equipment.

  • Follow agricultural, safety, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with farm management to achieve production targets.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in greenhouse farming or agricultural production.

  • Hands-on experience with greenhouse crops, irrigation, fertigation, and crop management.

  • Experience supervising farm workers and daily operations.

  • Good knowledge of pest and disease management.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Saudi/GCC agricultural experience is preferred.

  • English required; Arabic is an advantage.
