Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and assist in daily office operations.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring information is easily accessible.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments, ensuring effective time management.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
