Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI & Automation Specialist to drive the design, development, and implementation of intelligent automation solutions across our organization. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify efficiency bottlenecks, and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies (including generative AI, machine learning, and RPA) to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support strategic digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI and automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency across various business units.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive AI integration.
Design and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for data analysis and predictive analytics.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to the organization’s objectives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Provide training and support to staff on AI tools and automation processes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in AI development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
