We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead our Operations & Finance Squad. This squad is responsible for critical aspects of our business, including warehouse management, inventory, and order fulfillment.

As the Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and optimize the tools and processes that power our operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in operations or product management who is eager to develop their skills further in a fast-paced and impactful environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Operations & Finance product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with warehouse managers, finance teams, and engineering squads to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Work with stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the squad’s initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
  • Lead sprint planning and reviews, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational workflows and align them with best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, product management, or a related role (experience in q-commerce or e-commerce is a plus).
  • A solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, or order fulfillment processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with financial processes and tools.
  • Technical background or experience working with engineering teams.
