The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Payroll Vendor Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with payroll and local EOR providers globally. You will leverage your expertise in payroll and EOR services to identify and onboard high-value partners, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and ensure the success of these partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential in-country partners who align with RemotePass's strategic goals and target markets.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand RemotePass's global reach and service offerings.
- Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including establishing clear communication channels, processes and protocols, SLAs, expectations, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate and manage daily requests from partners, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner escalations and effectively resolving complex issues.
- Foster strong relationships with partner representatives, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance and adherence to SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Track key metrics and report on the success of partnerships to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to Payroll and EOR services.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll vendor management or similar
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the global Payroll and Employer of Record (EOR) landscape.
- Experience working with payroll and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
