We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth team as part of our growth.
The Role
We are searching for a passionate and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in scaling our user base. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across all channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own & execute the entire online customer acquisition funnel
- Be responsible for CAC and Sales Qualified lead generation
- Develop, execute, and scale campaigns on different channels
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels (paid advertising, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.)
- Analyze marketing performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and A/B test landing pages, website copy, and other marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Manage and scale marketing budgets effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to achieve growth goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics, paid advertising, CRM and CRO tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
