We are hiring a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
The Role
We seek a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and build brand awareness & messaging within our target industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels to generate high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an SEO roadmap that outlines clear goals, target keywords, and on-page and off-page optimization tactics.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across various channels to promote RemotePass's offerings
- Manage RemotePass's online presence, including the website and social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement.
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize website copy, landing pages, and marketing campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Manage lead lifecycle through lead nurturing programs
- Develop marketing playbooks for RemotePass's offerings, outlining product positioning, messaging, audience engagement strategies, creative frameworks, media plans, and campaign assets to drive awareness, understanding, and demand generation among target audiences.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers and analysts.
- Deliver marketing campaigns with a strong focus on growth and measurable business impact.
- Establish the brand's voice and tone that reflects its personality across all communication channels (website, social media, advertising).
- Tracking metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and brand mentions to measure brand awareness and the effectiveness of branding efforts.
- Be a vocal advocate for the RemotePass brand, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Growth, Marketing, Product, and Sales) to seamlessly integrate strong brand messaging into the product and sales experience.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years in marketing (brand, campaigns, designs)
- Strong understanding of B2B customer decision-making journeys. B2B SaaS experience is a must
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
- Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand building.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
