As part of our growth, we are hiring a Customer Success manager to establish processes and strategies that will guarantee seamless customer/user experience.

Responsibilities

Your role is to support our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our product, and your responsibilities are focused on building customer loyalty, long-term client relationships, and growing revenues. In this role you will;

  • Help onboard customers and become your customer’s mentors. Your main goal is to get them started as fast as possible and monitor their satisfaction as they grow.
  • Activate and renew our customer base, acting as the customer's main advocate within RemotePass.
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders, serve as their partner in achieving their goals and desired outcomes.
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Product and Engineering, deliver the best customer experience to drive growth and retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in CSM.
  • Customer obsessed and have significant experience building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Record of meeting or exceeding customer renewal and retention goals in a high-growth setting.
  • Team player, and enjoy working on a diverse team.
  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones.
  • Experience working in a remote setup.
  • Experience working at a high-growth start-up or scale-up.
  • Fintech or HRTech experience.
  • English and Arabic-speaker (a must!)
