As part of our growth, we are hiring a Senior EX Specialist to join our EOR team to guarantee a seamless employee experience for our external employees.
Your role:
You will work as part of the EOR team to manage the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to off-boarding):
- Collaborate closely with payroll, legal, CSM and other stakeholders to facilitate pre-onboarding, onboarding and post-onboarding employee activities.
- Focus on enhancing the processes and reducing lead time.
- Manage the collection of personal documents/information required for visa applications, immigration, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with GDPR and SOC 2 standards.
- Oversee employee enrolment in benefits such as pension and health insurance.
- Work with different teams to achieve excellence:
- Work with Legal to draft employment contracts and ensure compliance and accuracy
- Partner with the Payroll team to address any changes or concerns employees may have regarding payslips.
- Take ownership of the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score related to employee experience and onboarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Partner with client teams to understand their employee needs and challenges.
- Design and implement comprehensive employee experience programs across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations.
- Analyse employee engagement data and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead project management initiatives related to employee experience.
- Develop and deliver engaging communication materials to keep employees informed.
- Work on Zendesk, Monday.com and other platforms to track and manage your work independently and as part of the team.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in EOR employee experience, human resources, or a related field.
- You possess strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and execute tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards and managing multiple stakeholders.
- You are customer-centric and have significant experience building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of taking initiative in an agile, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for continuously improving our processes and tools to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
- Team worker: You excel in collaborative environments, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring shared goals are met and success is achieved collectively.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Nice-to-have: Experience working at a high-growth start-up or scale-up.
