 Overview
 As we rapidly expand, we're on the lookout for a Legal Operations Specialist with 2-5 years of experience. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about making a significant impact in the HR tech sector, we want you on our team!
  
  
 Key Responsibilities
  - Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts with precision, including employment agreements, service contracts, and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  - Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of regulatory and policy changes impacting the employment processes and policies globally, advising stakeholders, internal and external, of the implications of such development.
  - Legal Advisory and Research: Dive into comprehensive legal research to support our legal and executive teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, offering legal advice aligned with our strategic goals and seamlessly integrating legal considerations into business processes.
  - Industry Engagement and Development: Stay ahead of trends and developments within the HR tech sector and startups, participating in policy discussions and shaping the legal framework of the industry.
  
  
 Qualifications
 Legal Education:
  - Law Degree (LLB/JD) from a recognized university.
  - Bar membership or qualification in at least one European jurisdiction.
  
 Experience:
  - 2-5 years of in-house or law firm experience, preferably in the EOR, HR services, or staffing industry, with a focus on employment law and cross-border employment.
  - Expertise in drafting and managing employment contracts, advising on labor law compliance, and ensuring payroll and tax compliance across various European jurisdictions.
  - Experience or understanding of ensuring legal compliance of entities across multiple countries, including areas such as corporate governance, tax obligations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  - Familiarity with termination processes, end of service entitlements and managing employee benefits across Europe.
  - Exposure to handling matters related to global mobility and work visas.
  
 GDPR and Data Privacy Compliance:
 - Strong knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations, especially as they apply to employee data and remote work.
 
 Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge:
  - In-depth understanding of European labor laws and employee rights in different jurisdictions.
  - Familiarity with regulatory filings, statutory reporting, and ensuring corporate entities comply with local regulations across different countries.
  - Experience with employee benefits schemes, pensions, and statutory entitlements across Europe.
  
 Language Proficiency:
  - Fluency in English is a requirement.
  - Proficiency in another European language (e.g., French, Spanish) would be an advantage.
