About the Role
As a Knowledge Specialist, you will own the creation, organization, and optimization of critical company knowledge, especially within our operations, product, compliance, and payment operations teams. You will help shape how institutional knowledge is stored, retrieved, and embedded into AI tools. Your role is pivotal to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuity as we build toward intelligent, scalable support systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit, document, and structure all core business and operational knowledge
- Design and maintain an internal knowledge base aligned to business logic and system architecture.
- Collaborate with legal, ops, product, customer success, engineering, and support teams to ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
- Translate complex operational and legal processes into easy-to-understand, structured documentation.
- Build metadata and tagging frameworks to enable AI/LLM systems to query information effectively.
- Own taxonomy, version control, and the process for keeping documents evergreen.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to support the development of AI-powered support and internal copilots.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, operations, or process design. (Experience in the fintech or tech industry is a plus).
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- An engineering background is a strong plus
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly content.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions.
