Role Overview
We’re seeking an HR Automation & Analytics Lead to own the day-to-day quality, coordination, and evolution of our AI products. This role is not about setting the product roadmap but about making sure the AI Products deliver accurate, helpful responses and continuously improve based on user feedback.
You’ll work across Product, Tech, QA, and Knowledge teams to test AI performance, triage bugs, guide content updates, and improve documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a solid grasp of how AI works, and a strong commitment to quality and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Quality Assurance
- Test AI prompts across HR, payroll, and compliance scenarios
- Analyze usage logs to identify failure patterns and improvement areas
- Maintain structured testing workflows to ensure prompt accuracy
- Operational Ownership
- Own and optimize AI-related workflows and coordination processes
- Guide knowledge and product teams in drafting structured, AI-friendly content
- Report bugs, triage issues with Tech/QA, and follow up on resolutions
- Help Center & Content Alignment
- Ensure help center content aligns with platform behavior and AI responses
- Draft or revise documentation related to HR/payroll processes, automation logic, and compliance
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the bridge between Tech, Product, Support, and Knowledge teams
- Ensure knowledge base, documentation, and AI logic evolve together
- Analytics & Automation Insight
- Apply HR analytics expertise to validate AI responses based on platform logic (e.g., leave balances, payroll cut-offs, contractor classifications)
- Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce manual steps and enhance automation.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Automation & Analytics specialist. (AI experience is a strong plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation ability
- Understanding of how AI/LLMs work, especially prompt-response behavior
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple functions
- Experience with prompt testing, support tooling, or help center platforms is a plus
