Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Senior SEO Content Strategist to take full ownership of our content strategy and execution.
You’ll work alongside our Technical SEO Lead to plan, create, and manage content that attracts high-quality B2B leads, builds brand authority, and delivers exceptional value to our target audience.

You’ll deeply understand our business model, our ICPs, and their pain points. You’ll identify opportunities, close content gaps, and deliver resources our audience genuinely needs — while ensuring every piece of content drives measurable business results.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead the SEO Content Strategy

  • Own and evolve our content roadmap across blogs, guides, landing pages, case studies, and resources.
  • Prioritize topics and formats that drive qualified leads at every funnel stage
  • Align all content to key business objectives, ICPs, and market opportunities.

2. SEO-Aligned Content Planning

  • Partner with our SEO lead to ensure content is mapped to high-value keywords and topic clusters.
  • Identify and close content gaps that competitors are exploiting.
  • Optimize existing content for relevance, clarity, and conversion.

3. Audience-First Storytelling

  • Deeply research our target industries, markets, and customer challenges.
  • Create content that educates, inspires, and positions RemotePass as the go-to partner for global hiring and compliance.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with writers, designers, and developers to bring concepts to life.
  • Brief and manage contributors to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent across marketing channels.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor traffic, rankings, engagement, and lead-generation metrics.
  • Use insights to refine future content and maximize ROI.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-7 years in SEO content strategy or editorial roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver content that drives measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles (you don’t need to be a technical SEO, but you know how to make content perform).
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills in English.
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and taking full ownership of deliverables.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience creating localized/international content (EMEA/MENA/GCC markets).
  • Familiarity with remote work, HR, payroll, or compliance topics.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing frameworks (ICP, buyer journey, TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).
