Role Overview

We are looking for a natural networker and strategic thinker to become our Community & Distribution Lead. This isn't your average social media or events role. You will be responsible for building our brand presence from the ground up, getting our content seen by the right people and creating a loyal community of advocates through both digital and real-world channels.

Your mission is to address our critical challenge of low brand awareness and build the distribution engine our content deserves. You will own the strategy for how we show up, connect, and add value in the places our future customers spend their time.


What You'll Do

  • Own Our Social Strategy: Develop and execute our organic social media strategy, starting with LinkedIn, to grow our presence, drive engagement, and establish our new, confident brand voice
  • Build Our Creator Network: Identify, build relationships with, and manage a network of B2B creators, influencers, and partners in the global HR, payroll, and tech space
  • Lead High-Touch Events: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of our community events, including exhibitions and smaller events in UK, Riyadh and Dubai
  • Engage in Online Communities: Build our authentic brand presence in relevant online communities, such as targeted subreddits by adding value and sparking meaningful conversations
  • Drive Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with our Partnerships and Growth teams to execute co-marketing webinars and other partner-led content distribution opportunities
  • Manage Our Brand Swag: Own our merchandise program to ensure our team and advocates can proudly represent RemotePass at events and beyond

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or event marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • A proven track record of growing a B2B social media presence, especially on LinkedIn. You know what great B2B social looks like and can execute it
  • You are likely someone who stalks great B2B marketers on LinkedIn and get inspired by what the future of B2B marketing looks like
  • Experience planning and executing high-quality events, from online webinars to offline, high-touch dinners
  • Strong copywriting skills and a deep understanding of how to adapt a brand's tone of voice for different channels
  • A strategic thinker who can see the big picture but is also willing to get their hands dirty and execute!
