Requirements
What You'll Do
- Product Strategy: Translate insights and data into clear product strategy and roadmap priorities
- Development & Enhancements: Develop new products and enhancements to existing solutions
- User Research: Conduct user research to deeply understand customer and internal user needs
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product development process, from discovery to launch
- Backlog Ownership: Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring proper prioritization aligned with the roadmap
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and client teams to define and execute product initiatives
- Growth & Optimization: Identify product gaps and opportunities to improve customer experience and drive growth
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data and customer insights to guide product decisions and measure success
What We're Looking For
- Mid-Level Product Professional: 2-4 years of experience working directly with a Product team
- Investment Enthusiast: A proven experience or a strong personal interest in investments and financial markets
- Tool Savvy: Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira (or similar tracking tools), and product analytics platforms like PostHog or Mixpanel
- Analytical Thinker: Ability to identify trends and insights from both hard data and qualitative user feedback
- Exceptional Organizer: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple threads in an agile environment
- Compelling Communicator: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact
- Discovery Expert: Strong understanding of user research, customer behavior, and product discovery
- Location: Must be based in Dubai; this is an on-site role
