About the Role
As a Project Manager – Client Delivery at Synapse Analytics, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Synapse's AI-powered products inside banking and financial-institution client environments. You will own project health, coordinate across internal functions and technical teams, build client-facing deliverables, run client calls, and nurture day-to-day client relationships. This role sits at the heart of our Delivery & Success function, acting as the operational backbone that ensures our clients experience a smooth, value-driven deployment from kick-off through go-live and beyond.
You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, Solutions Architects, and internal Product and Data teams to translate complex technical and business requirements into structured delivery plans, resolve blockers, and keep all stakeholders—client and internal—aligned and informed.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Health
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of assigned client projects, from kick-off planning through go-live and post-launch stabilisation.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestone trackers, risk registers, and status dashboards, ensuring full visibility into project health at all times.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate and resolve issues before they impact timelines or client satisfaction.
• Manage scope, timeline, and resource expectations across concurrent client engagements.
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients during the delivery phase.
• Plan, prepare, and lead structured client calls including kick-offs, weekly check-ins, milestone reviews, and steering-committee updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client project owners, IT leads, and business stakeholders by demonstrating responsiveness, clarity, and accountability.
• Capture and document client feedback, decisions, and action items; follow through diligently to close open items.
Internal Coordination
• Act as the connective tissue between client teams and internal Synapse functions including Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, QA, and Leadership.
• Translate client requirements and context into clear, actionable briefs for technical teams, and translate technical constraints back to clients in business language.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery tasks, ensuring each team understands their responsibilities, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Contribute to sprint planning, delivery retrospectives, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Client Deliverables & Documentation
• Build and maintain client-facing project artefacts including project plans, delivery roadmaps, meeting minutes, status reports, and handover documents.
• Prepare clear, professional presentations and written updates tailored to both technical and executive client audiences.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
