As our HR Generalist in KSA, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations and cultivating a vibrant, inclusive office culture. From managing payroll, visas, and compliance to organising celebrations and engagement initiatives, you’ll help our team feel supported, connected, and inspired.
You’ll be the go-to person for our Riyadh office, solving problems, streamlining processes, and energising the workplace. We’re looking for someone who’s meticulous with policies and procedures, yet equally passionate about creating a fun and collaborative environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
HR Partner & First Point of Contact
- Serve as the primary HR contact for day-to-day employee queries, whether about policies, pay slips, or benefits, responding promptly and empathetically.
- Provide clear guidance on local policies and processes, empowering both employees and managers.
- Handle sensitive matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality.
- Communicate HR updates and policy changes effectively across the team.
HR Operations Management
- Oversee the full payroll cycle for KSA employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage visa applications, relocations, and ensure compliance with KSA labour regulations.
- Enrol employees in relevant benefits programs and track renewals or changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR documentation, SharePoint, and HRIS (Zoho), including contracts, promotions, salary updates, reporting lines, and key data.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks and ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Perform regular HR audits and stay updated on employment law changes to keep policies aligned.
Onboarding & Off-boarding
- Deliver a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring new hires have the tools, access, and knowledge they need from Day 1.
- Collaborate with managers to set and track 30-60-90 day goals during probation.
- Ensure all onboarding and off-boarding tasks are completed across HRIS, payroll, IT, and benefits.
- Conduct insightful exit interviews to gather feedback and improve the employee experience.
Culture, Engagement & Events
- Champion office culture in Riyadh—creating moments that foster connection and belonging.
- Organise and support social events, wellness activities, and learning sessions.
- Celebrate birthdays, milestones, and work anniversaries to make employees feel valued.
- Support company-wide engagement surveys, from launch to action planning.
- Localise and roll out global People initiatives in a way that resonates with the KSA team.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide accurate HR reports and insights to the Head of People and leadership team.
- Track key HR metrics such as onboarding satisfaction and issue resolution times.
- Use data to identify trends, improve processes, and elevate the employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multicultural or fintech environment.
- Proven experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding.
- Strong track record in leading recruitment processes end-to-end.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Zoho or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll, visa processes, and employment compliance in KSA.
- Ability to design and optimise HR processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
