From managing payroll, visas, and compliance to organising celebrations and engagement initiatives, you’ll help our team feel supported, connected, and inspired.

You’ll be the go-to person for our Riyadh office, solving problems, streamlining processes, and energising the workplace. We’re looking for someone who’s meticulous with policies and procedures, yet equally passionate about creating a fun and collaborative environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

HR Partner & First Point of Contact
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for day-to-day employee queries, whether about policies, pay slips, or benefits, responding promptly and empathetically.
  • Provide clear guidance on local policies and processes, empowering both employees and managers.
  • Handle sensitive matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality.
  • Communicate HR updates and policy changes effectively across the team.

HR Operations Management
  • Oversee the full payroll cycle for KSA employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage visa applications, relocations, and ensure compliance with KSA labour regulations.
  • Enrol employees in relevant benefits programs and track renewals or changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR documentation, SharePoint, and HRIS (Zoho), including contracts, promotions, salary updates, reporting lines, and key data.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct background checks and ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform regular HR audits and stay updated on employment law changes to keep policies aligned.

Onboarding & Off-boarding
  • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring new hires have the tools, access, and knowledge they need from Day 1.
  • Collaborate with managers to set and track 30-60-90 day goals during probation.
  • Ensure all onboarding and off-boarding tasks are completed across HRIS, payroll, IT, and benefits.
  • Conduct insightful exit interviews to gather feedback and improve the employee experience.

Culture, Engagement & Events
  • Champion office culture in Riyadh—creating moments that foster connection and belonging.
  • Organise and support social events, wellness activities, and learning sessions.
  • Celebrate birthdays, milestones, and work anniversaries to make employees feel valued.
  • Support company-wide engagement surveys, from launch to action planning.
  • Localise and roll out global People initiatives in a way that resonates with the KSA team.

Reporting & Insights
  • Provide accurate HR reports and insights to the Head of People and leadership team.
  • Track key HR metrics such as onboarding satisfaction and issue resolution times.
  • Use data to identify trends, improve processes, and elevate the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multicultural or fintech environment.
  • Proven experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding.
  • Strong track record in leading recruitment processes end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (Zoho or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll, visa processes, and employment compliance in KSA.
  • Ability to design and optimise HR processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • A genuine passion for people and culture, creating spaces where teams thrive.

  • Most importantly, you’ll help build an environment where people don’t just work, they thrive.
