As we scale our Saudi operations, we’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing who can shape how our products reach and resonate with banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.

This isn’t a brand or comms role. It’s product marketing at its sharpest, connecting real customer problems to product value, driving go-to-market strategy, and enabling commercial traction across every business unit.

You’ll lead product marketing and GTM for Tarabut in Saudi Arabia, working directly with business unit leads (Data, BaaS, Payments) and country managers. Your job is to define how each product is positioned, priced, and launched, and ensure it lands with clarity and impact.

You’ll own market intelligence, competitive insight, and product storytelling. You’ll also enable sales and BD teams with the tools they need to convert interest into revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, with close alignment to Strategy and Finance leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Marketing & GTM

  • Build and execute GTM plans for each product line, tailored to Saudi market segments.
  • Define clear, differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks.
  • Own market segmentation, buyer personas, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and BD to create localised GTM assets, decks, play books, case studies.
  • Track campaign performance through pipeline impact, conversion rates, and deal velocity.

Sales Enablement & Partner Growth

  • Create sharp, usable collateral, pitch decks, ROI tools, FAQs, use case sheets.
  • Build a repeatable content system that turns partner wins into GTM assets.
  • Train BD and Account Managers on product narratives and objection handling.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of the curve on competitor moves, pricing, features, and messaging.
  • Spot whitespace opportunities and emerging trends (SME lending, embedded finance, open data).
  • Feed insights back into Product and Strategy to shape roadmap priorities.

Performance Marketing (Secondary Focus)

  • Run targeted campaigns to support product adoption and partner acquisition.
  • Use digital channels, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships for B2B lead generation.



Requirements

  • In line with Saudization efforts, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.
  • 6–10 years in product marketing, GTM, or commercial marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally with Product and Sales to drive adoption.
  • Strong analytical mindset, you think in funnels, metrics, and ROI.
  • Excellent communicator in Arabic and English, able to simplify complex tech for non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi financial ecosystem (banks, fintechs, PSPs, lenders).
  • Comfortable moving fast, testing, and iterating.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing infrastructure-level tech or API platforms.
  • Familiarity with open banking, embedded finance, or digital lending.
  • Prior startup or scale-up experience, especially as an early marketing hire.
